First choice recruits compared to last year

This year the first offers were, by position QB-Jimmy Clausen, RB-Marc Tyler, WR-Arrelious Benn, TE-Mike Ragone, OL-Josh Oglesby, DT- Andre Jones, Marvin Austin, DE- Ben Martin, LB-Chris Galippo, CB Ronald Johnson, and S/WR Mark Barnes was also offered quite early. Who were the first choice players last year? The ones we offered first and recruited early?

RB-Prince, Aldridge
WR-Harvin, Ausberry? and possibly Gallup(I know he commited early)
TE-Mullen(I know he is on the DL know)
OL-Young
DL-Dont know(my guess would be Eddie Jones)
LB-no clue
CB-Walls

I agree on that. As for linebacker, I think we were going after Brandon Graham, the guy who committed pretty early to Michigan. I agree with Taylor Mays, but we also went after Steve Brown, who also committed to Michigan.

D-Line recruitment really started with Jason Kates, but either Weis' standards raised or he thought Kates wasn't good enough, so we moved onto bigger and better names.
