I'm sure Gary Gray going to So. Carolina had something to do with this.

"I talked to coach (Charlie) Weis yesterday," Berry said. "He offered and said it would be coming in the mail. He said he was looking for players that can come in and play right away, players that aren't looking to red-shirt."

"But I don't really know much about their academics so they are going to send me some stuff on their science classes because I want to major in pre-med."

Steve Hare from II had the story posted today. UGA and Tennessee could be tough to beat. Likes Miami and Ohio State as well.

Pre-med has always put us at a disadvantage to other schools, not just w/ athletes, but also with regular students. The foregoing of building an ND teaching hospital was one of Fr. Hesburgh's biggest regrets.

It's not that students can't become doctors, it's just a lot easier if it's all done at one school. I hope Charlie the salesman is working this one.

On the other hand, ND has one of the highest medical school acceptance rates in the country.

My brother was pre-med at ND, and he got into and finished at Georgetown. Do you hear that Eric?
