Is anyone here interested in baseball cards?

The reason I ask, is that I have an unopened, 1989 Bowman Tiffany complete set....This includes Ken Griffey Jr's rookie card.

I"m looking to sell it, as I'm not really into them and they're just stitting around. They were a gift from my Uncle way back when I was about 14-15.

Supposedly, it's a pretty awesome set because of the "Tiffany" label (on better paper or something).

Just throwing it out there.

Based on a quick google search, it's probably worth $100-$200. I don't have a price guide in front of me, though. The 1989 Tiffany set was a limited run; only 6,000 sets were printed. Lots of great rookie cards that set.

You would be lucky to get face value for your set, though. The baseball card market isn't what it used to be.

I used to love collecting cards as a kid. I would put them in binders and organize them alphabetically. I probably still have about 3,000 cards stored away in binders/shoe boxes. I haven't seen them in years. Makes me want to go back and page through them. Brings back memories.

If I had the money, I would definitely make you an offer (I'm a recent grad). Good luck selling them.

Thanks man!

Yeah, I never really looked into it much. Like I said, they're just sitting and I'd rather someone that apperciates them have them.
