Thanks for the link.

WOW! I hope that the UT team is as defeatest as their fans are. What a difference a coach (and a few years make....) .

This is the Clausen family's last shot at breaking the bank. Perhaps the third time will be the charm.

If it is, the best road to the NFL will either be SC or ND. SC has not skipped a beat without Norm Chow because of the talent that's in place. I really thought there'd be a dropoff without Chow, but I have clearly eaten crow on this one.

Sharpley, Jones and Frazor at ND. Booty and Sanchez at SC. Depth won't be an issue at either school for this kid because each team will have QBs on the roster. The talent to work with will be at SC. There will be talent PLUS an NFL system at ND.

Tough choice, but I hope he choosing right.

I never though USC's offense would struggle this year without Chow, because Leinart knows the system, plus he's had a few years of coaching from Chow. 2006 and beyound will be the real test for SC with Sanchez. I think SC will still have a nice offense because of all the talent they bring in, but without Chow I don't think you'll see that dominant offense anymore. Chow like Weis is a great playcaller..

There is no possible way that they will lose all of this offensive talent after this year and keep rolling.

They might get beat this year.

I read something about USC already making a recruiting violation with Clausen. They were sending him letters too early, and Jimmy's father showed ESPN the letters on air. Guess he didn't realize it was a violation. I doubt anything will happen to SC though, probably just get a warning.

I thought SC would drop off too this year, but they haven't.

"Davie did not offer him because he didn't think he could run his offense (which is probably true, but nobody really ran Bob's offense). "

That Vols fan knew the Irish better than Davie did....
