One last point and then I'll shut up. Quinn has had the benefit of 2 full years experience at the helm. Remember how awful he looked in some of those games? Now he is Heisman material because of that experience!

Whoever takes over is not going to have that experience. We can't expect the next QB to come and not miss a beat. He will have a "learning" experience just like Quinn.

And if Quinn gets hurt this year we will see a Run,Run,Run offense and a dramatic drop off in production. There is no substitute for experience and none of the other QBs will have it.

Quinn had those "learning" years beause he took over as a freshman mid way into the season.
If somebody replaces him that has been under him for a while that will drastically drop the amount of "learning" time.
Which is why I dont see true freshman starting.

Demetrius Jones went 13-22 with 192 yards and 4 TD passes in yesterday's 48-0 win.

Must have been quite a bit of option being run.

I'll tell you one thing -- Weis will expect no drop off. Carson Palmer to Matt Leinart transition is the "bar" as Weis likes to refer to. This is why it is comical to expect Jimmy Clausen to come in as true frosh and start......Jones and Frazer will need alot of tutoring next year as will Wolke.....should be interesting. The days of spoonfeeding the QB (Lovecchio, Holiday) are going to be long gone.
