why has no one responded, I guess no one else wants to deal with another sex scandal for awhile or simply because it is Montana and no one cares about that program.

In this case, the Fox news article is irresponsible, false, and misleading. The university is in no way responsible and president's response was prompt and appropriate.
To compare the University of Montana to Penn State is yellow journalism at its worst.

ya, Montana's fanbase is about as "awesome" as Ball State's fanbase, those Muncie people love them some Cardinal football!

irish1958 is correct though, this isnt really comparable to the Penn State COVER UP sex scandal; but still daunting nonetheless.
