Not really sure who this kid is but it would be nice to take a recruit right from under Urban's nose.

And the baseball angle is interesting. I'm not aware of any noteworthy ND football players that were two sport stars. Or am I overlooking someone obvious?

Cooper looks like a stud from all I've heard. The guy we want to steal from UF is Darrin Walls. And getting Cooper would be the kick in the head.

Any player we could get in the top 100 out of Florida would be great. I agree Darrin Walls is a must have, but a 6'4" kid with 4.37 speed would be amazing (Ted Ginn, with size).

Walls has Michigan and Florida on his list. Weis has said he'd put him on offense and special teams as well. Walls wants to play immediately. I would think that he could start for ND as a freshman. Richardson will graduate, so the spot will be there for the taking.

Does anyone know if Walls would enter ND in January with Aldridge. I heard this through the grapevine, but haven't seen it posted anywhere. If he goes through spring practice, he'd start for sure.
