Alumni tickets are $120 bucks. Should drive some of the prices down

Cool, thanks I'm hoping to use a couple of my connections to see if I can get into this game. I doubt there will be many tickets available to the general public since soldier is about 20K smaller than ND stadium.

Don't you get first refusal rights as a PSL owner?
I thought you owned the seat and get option at any event.

PSL does not always give you every event at all places. I have one at Nationwide and randomly do not get certain events. Maybe one every five years. But i have not heard any Bears ticket holders who have tickets to the ND/Miami game locked up yet.

That sucks.
You pay thousands of dollars to "buy" the seat, but have no priority to other events.
I mean, why can't they just give you first refusal rights?
The seats get sold either way... BS.
Of course this does give me a better chance a getting a ticket for cost. :)

I'm sure it all comes down to the fact the Chicago Park District owns Soldier Field, not the Bears. As a result, the Bears don't really get a say-so in non-Bears events at Soldier Field.

The only ones who would are Club Level seat owners, who already had their pre-sale for the game. They are also the only ones who have the rights to their seat for any and all events at Soldier Field--probably because the Bears paid the full bill for the construction of the club level, so they probably got a concession from the Park District allowing them to sell the seats as they see fit to recover the cost. But that's pure speculation on my part.

Sounds correct...I am thankful that Nationwide is not like that. Hoping we get our tickets through the lottery. We will see

If anyone finds out the day single game tix go on sale, for any game not just this one, please let me know.
I assume they all go on sale the same day though.
The rep fairy just might pay you a visit.

Single game tix go on sale July 19th at 8:30am, eastern standard time.

The lady at the box office said that this will ONLY include home games and NOT the game at soldier field. She had no info about those tix right now.

Did you rep yourself??

I would imagine that's the public onsale--there will likely be an alumni onsale prior to that date, as they have done in prior years.

I tried but it said "an idiot can't rep another idiot".

Soldier field game sold out as of now. If Miami returns tix or alum do there will be a sale closer to the game. Small chance singles may still be available.

The reason why this game is such a difficult find is because Soldier field holds fewer people than Notre Dame Stadium ... by 20K I think. Several ND Alumni Club's have ticket exchanges ... that may be an option for you?
