What is going on with the ND rivals and 247 sites?

Regarding Rivals, a bunch of the threads on the site are stating that the Sampson and/or Prister are leaving, perhaps to Scout. But I can't find any solid info.

Regarding 247, what is happening with Blue and Gold/Lou Smogyi? Again, I can't find solid info.

So writers from the sites are kinda flip flopping and then 247 is starting their own, Irish247, as their staff goes to Rivals.

BGI is going to Rivals, II is going to Scout.

So, the entire Irish Illustrated staff (Pete Sampson, Tim Prister, Jake Brown, etc.) have moved from Rivals to Scout. The Scout site has now adopted the Irish Illustrated name and is keeping Anna Hickey and Tim O'Malley.

Lou Somoygi, Andrew Owens, and a new kid they plucked from elsewhere have moved from 247 to Rivals bringing the Blue Gold Illustrated name with them.

Steve Wiltfong and Tom Loy, added Evan Sharpley and another new kid and are now known as Irish247. Wiltfong is now the managing editor for the site and has moved from a Midwest Director to National Director for 247 Sports.

Big and bold move by Scout, no doubt. You gotta love Lou but Rivals in the short term is going to suffer massively in the recruiting market.

I am sticking with rivals for now, but I loved Pete Sampson and Jake Brown when they were with rivals. I might switch over to Irishillustrated on Scout if BGI isn't as good.
