I don't know if there are any other video options. I checked the ND Clubs for any groups in your part of the world. There's a email address in Lebanon but that doesn't seem like much of an option. Nor does the ND Club in Iraq.
There are live audio feed coverage off und.com (CSTV) there might be a subscription fee. Some radio stations carry the game over the internet. I've listened to a Chicago station but don't recall the URL. I've also listened to the ND student radio station broadcast over the internet.
ESPN.com, CBSsportsline.com and many other sports networks carry gametrackers that have live stats and text play by play.
