Loy has been saying it will be Biagi since before Mason even officially accepted the Colts job TBF.

Take that away and he has been pretty solid everywhere he has been. UNT had very good special teams during his tenure as did Purdue. He is about as good of a replacement hire as could be expected.

I initially thought we hired Rich Bisaccia, a far more accomplished special teams guy. Oh well. This Italian guy whose name begins with a B should be OK if Freeman stays true of his philosophy of allowing the special teams coach access to everyone on the roster as needed.
