You could simply talk about how he isn’t improving as a game manager, or how he is overly-reliant on his staffers and analysts, or how he is overly-lenient on his players because he takes being a “player’s coach” too far in an effort to be young and hip, or you could talk about how his transfer portal decisions are suspect, or that his position coaches aren’t being held to his own lofty standards as a recruiter first, or…..
