I actually wanted to add that if IE were a standard message board, it would just be an award for the douchebag that is constantly posting about how he could beat everyone's asses in real life, or threatening to meet people in real life to fight. An actual "Tough Guy."

But since IE is actually a pretty well self-policed community, the IE Tough Guy award is about a much more intricate and psychological type of warfare.
