Something Wooley brought up in the Jayru thread got me thinking about David Sills, that kid that committed to USC a few years ago at the age of 13. So I looked him up and found his freshman year highlight video.

This may have been discussed back in the day, but I am curious to see what the board thinks about the "how young is too young" question after seeing the 6'3" Sills compete at the varsity level as a high school freshman.
At what age is it permissible to recruit a kid, and why?
