Wow they miss both Oregon and Washington? Going to Utah might be tough but otherwise that's a pretty pretty soft schedule. Sets up nicely for us to have a good win at the end of the year though.

Sure, but Michigan's schedule is Charmin baby soft before the Bio 10 schedule and even then, it's meh. It's OOCs are Colorado State, Hawaii, UConn all at home. They're going to get billed as a top team because they'll likely go into PSU 6-0, and then get a bye before Michigan State, and play Illinois before Ohio State.
Other than ND their schedule is trash. Perfect set up for a great W/L record.

Idk why Michigan is garnering so much hype after all they lost last year, but just like USC they'll live up to the preseason nonsensical hype because they have a cupcake soft schedule in September. It's honestly a joke. Is there an easier patch to a 4-0 start in the history of the sport?

Honestly, might be Saban who put that vote in. That way in his press conference after the game he can say they beat what he thought was the best team in the country. Or he would use it to motivate his team for the week. "Someone out there thinks that they are better than you. They have this team ranked #1."
