I think when people see the numbers Hartman puts up this year WR's are gonna be chopping at the bit to come here. Next year you then got to figure out do you Start Minchey or Angeli, Bring in another top transfer for 1 year, or start Carr right away. I think you will have a chance to bring in another top transfer. I could see a guy like Ewers from Texas Transfering out.

Nice get. Believe he’s from the same school as one of my favorites of the Kelly era, Mathias Farley.

FWIW Ewers has already transferred once - from Ohio State to Texas - so I think he's stuck there until he graduates?
But yeah I'd like to see what our offense can do with a QB who can actually fling it. Then we can sort out next year next year.

Right. But no one does that these days. I wonder if he could apply for a waiver for "picking the wrong school just so I could sign an NIL deal while still in high school."

This is the nicest thing anyone on the forum has said about BVG in a long time.
Jaylon Smith was such a unicorn of an athletic talent that it was a devastating injury in his last game that hurt his NFL future, not playing for BVG.

Charlotte is loaded with DIV 1 talent this cycle because another player that plays WR is announcing soon and some think he'll choose scUM because of his QB going there.

Cam Williams looks like he can be a day 1 starter, but I can see Gilbert rising in the rankings. He has great hands and another video I saw of him he was tough to bring down. CJ has 2 great receivers to throw to.

Smooth, sneaky fast, and powerful. I’m really happy about how our receiver room is looking for the future. ‘25 has a bunch of interesting prospects that are high on ND early, I’m really curious to see how it all plays out.

Agree with what you said. He looks college ready right now, this time next year I could see him starting.
