In CJ we trust (unless Ewers is available)
CarrSpring ball about to be very very huge and interesting for the QB battle.
Hope he's healthy and full go so we get a clear view of who's the guy. Gotta think it's him then Angeli as the favorites.
I am also not a huge Angeli guy. But below Hebert?that's sillyCarr
Minchey
Hebert
Angeli
I have zero faith in Angeli to quarterback us to a 10+ win season. I think he could transfer to a place like Northwestern or Cal and be a nice fit.
I edited it lol, too hyperbolic.I am also not a huge Angeli guy. But below Hebert?that's silly
I guess we'll see but I really hope all three stick into the spring at least and we have a real, open, competition - that someone other than Angeli wins for all the reasons above.Spring ball about to be very very huge and interesting for the QB battle.

The stairs at newfs strike againSo, according to the video he's "not sure" how his injury happened.
"We were throwing around...I'm not really sure what happened...it just started hurting around here (points at elbow)"
What did Carr do
Dayne Crist SyndromeMaybe it’s just the lighting in that screenshot and the facial hair but CJ looks like he’s aged 10-15 years since he came to ND.
Being a Notre Dame quarterback will do that to a man.
I'm guessing he's protecting whomever it was that hit him, considering the beat thinks it's an injury that shouldn't have happened. So, according to the video he's "not sure" how his injury happened.

That’s just what they want you to thinkNo green numbers confirmed.
I heard they are going with black numbersNo green numbers confirmed.
I wonder if the DL player that hasn’t been with the team since early this season had anything to do with it. I don’t know if the timelines match but it’s crossed my mind.I'm guessing he's protecting whomever it was that hit him, considering the beat thinks it's an injury that shouldn't have happened.
Huh. The timing kinda lines up - Carr was hurt some time in later September. Onye hasn’t played since Louisville on Sept 28 - but sitting a guy for most of the season seems pretty extreme unless they thought he intentionally tried to hurt someone.I wonder if the DL player that hasn’t been with the team since early this season had anything to do with it. I would be shocked. Onye seems like a culture guy. I'm assuming grades or something else off-field are the issueI wonder if the DL player that hasn’t been with the team since early this season had anything to do with it. I don’t know if the timelines match but it’s crossed my mind.
