As if a 6-7 ginger from Mater Dei named Shannon wasn't enough... here's a 6-5+ ginger from De La Salle named Flanagan, who would be very receptive to an ND offer.

(aren't all TE's???)

You know I wanna CB both of them right now!

Idk how long he would have to wait for that offer or if it ever comes. Mac seems like a likely bet, Jaxon they did well on the visit, but didn’t see anything on Duce.

We may never hear anything about Duce again unless he's in Tally for the game. His Dad's a Seminole and Kenny Dillingham's got his teeth sunk in here. Dillingham's from next door at Chaparral (Lucas' school = watch out for them as Lucas lived in FL until he was 10 or something) Dillingham was one of Davonte's coaches. Norvell's also recruited AZ well after being here for a handful of years under Graham.

There's a couple of other AZ TE's that are legit. Jackson Bowers is a stud and Matt Klopfenstein is going big P5 too. Matt's at my local HS and will be at Northwestern today and Mich St tomorrow. Hoping ND gets him on campus while he's there. He's got the right follows to make it happen.

Nothing new on the offer front but Singer mentioned him in a Q&A as someone leaning ND that’s not talked about much. As mentioned above, we’ll see if it ever comes

Singer said he’s been offered and now has a FC in for him.

Film is rather underwhelming. He leaves a lot to be desired in the passing game. I would assume he would play attached at Notre Dame.

Huffman had good reviews for him from 7-7 stuff in the spring as a pass catcher, his HS offense is mostly a run team so a bit more refined blocker like Markway was. Doesn’t have it yet but sounds like if we’re battling anyone it’d be Stanford if they offer. Singer doesn’t believe this would close the book on Duce/Howard.

It shouldn't close the book so that a good sign. Those two are.takes.no matter what to me.

Would we really take 2 TEs four years in a row?

Yes, if the second was Duce or Howard, because ND won’t turn down top 50 overall talent, and both are hybrid type players that would fit perfectly.
And you have to remember one thing, in the current Transfer Portal world, somebody is leaving. And Mayer is gone after Jr year, so ND needs to keep recruiting top 100 TE’s & let things work itself out. In the past teams like Bama over-recruited & “processed” players through attrition. Now ND can do that too, by over-recruiting certain positions & letting the portal be the attrition decider. If ND recruits 8 elite TE’s in four years, & only 5 stay, so be it.

Strongly disagree.

Notre Dame wants to be a run first, 12 personnel team so there is definitely a need for a TE like Cooper. But he is nowhere near the receiving threat that Raridon is.

In his film, he runs the same 10-15 yard seam route every time. I just want to see more.

Eyeball emoji at Sinclair instantly putting in a 7 with Loy. Sinclair usually drags feet a little longer

Silent that the staff delayed for a September attention grabber or BK closed on 09/01? Haven’t read the articles yet

Very nice. Great to see ND getting into Mater Dei and DLS in back to back cycles. I think this is as important of a recruiting win as it is a talent win.
