For the people wondering about what ND can do to improve their recruiting despite not going all-in to buy top-tier HS recruits like OSU, Oregon, and the SEC schools, they'll need to win at least 2 CFP games. Recruits won't be impressed with only a win over a program like Indiana (no offense to them). ND will have to beat UGA as well. I'd love to be wrong, but that probably won't give ND more top 50-100 recruits, given that they want money and ND isn't really into that. But a win over UGA would probably get them a few more kids in the 150-300 range. Michigan was around 50% in their blue-chip percentage before they beat Bama and won the Natty, and now they're at 65%.
