11-1, and we sweat out the final Playoff Ranking show hoping we don't get screwed, until we all realize that we're a bunch of silly gooses, and that the committee isn't gonna pass up on a viable ND in the playoffs if there's a reasonable argument.

We then beat scUM in the semis by three scores, and edge [SEC Champ] in the final for our long-awaited natty. BK gets his statue.

10-2 with 2 loses between MSU, Stanford, and USC. We miss the playoffs and lose in a new years bowl game. Sound familiar?

I think we go 6-0 before losing to Stanford in a close one. We have a chance at the playoffs before losing to USC.

So basically a similar season to 2015. I do think we win a bowl game though.

Assuming you get the kind of production out of the WR's that TJ and Tyler gave you. Which I don't see.

Agreed. Loved the job he did, but he was out to not lose. We have two very good QB's that can flat out play.

I just hope a WR/TE steps up and gives us a solid #1 option.

The right QB(s) show up in week one, and the offense gets on a roll, we can run the table. The defense is going to be just good enough to make a key play here or there to win close games.

I think this team would be the 2012 version. I could see the offense playing keep away with the strong OLine and run game. Is the 2016 Oline on par with 'Bama's 2012 version? If so, 2012 would be in trouble.

And, as of right now, we lack that true #1 "game breaker" in the passing game that can turn the tide in those situations.

We may find one, but nothing proven yet.

I think there are about 4 elite teams this year and then we are in the next tier. So I don't think there will be a team that misses the playoffs (besides a team we already played) that has the talent OSU had last year that would give us problems.

agreed.... Barring Alabama losing a two last second field goals and missing out.. I think if we play anyone outside of the playoffs, we should be favored if healthy
