This is exactly what I'm getting at. There is a huge difference between "highlights" and "film". Coaches get full game film on a prospect to evaluate. Most services also try to procure/evaluate full film whenever possible. What we typically see on youtube are about 2-5% of a player's film.

The only explanation for him dropping from #4 ILB to a composite low 3 with no major offers is that his film is lacking in some department. But i'm no scout.

Probably true. Unless he's just flying under the radar, not getting invited to camps, not really interested in recruiting to this point, etc. Hope to see more film on him. You're right about being skeptical about 1 minute of highlights.
