I think you may have confused Tulane w/ Tulsa. Tulane is in New Orleans

I have to assume that he will hang them up after yet another unfortunate occurrence, but just out of curiosity, he would still be eligible to apply for a medical and play next season if he wanted, correct?
He could apply for it (I assume)... But is it worth the risk? At this point would he even be able to take a tackle with that shoulder?
