He was perplexing during his time at Bama. TTT may know more, but AFAIK he was never a discipline or academic problem. He just failed to develop as expected. Came in as the top ILB prospect in the country and a top 10 overall recruit, but never got significantly better than he was in HS....

Former NFL coach Marty Schottenheimer died last night at the age of 77 from Alzheimer's. He was HC of four teams, but probably best known for coaching the Browns and Chiefs. George P. Shultz, former Secretary of the Treasury and Labor under Nixon, and Secretary of State under Reagan, has passed away at the age of 100. Shultz was a moderate voice in the Reagan administration and one of the major players in ending the Cold War.
