I'll be honest, even in the hospitals if you're alone at your desk, and by alone I mean more than six-feet away from someone else, most people take off their masks. The only units where masks are 100% on are the clinical units. Then again, our CoV positive rate is so low, we've gotten pretty lax. ...

You do realize that LTC facilities currently house CoV positive patients in their own iso units, right? Like, that's literally been a CDC directive for most of 2020....
