While we are on the subject... why not have a offseason baseball sportsbook? or if every day is too much, least a one day a week baseball sports book? Like the game(s) of the week

The rest of the NFL playoffs, the MLB games of the week, the college basketball games of the week, March Madness when it rolls around, the NHL and NBA playoffs, and the Blue/Gold game.
Outlined against a blue-gray October sky, the Four Horsemen rode again. In dramatic lore they are known as Famine, Pestilence, Destruction and Death. These are only aliases. Their real names are Stuhldreher, Miller, Crowley and Layden. They formed the crest of the South Bend cyclone before which another fighting Army football team was swept over the precipice at the Polo Grounds yesterday afternoon as 55,000 spectators peered down on the bewildering panorama spread on the green plain below. - Grantland Rice 1924 :clover:

How do you bet on the Blue And Gold Game?

                "$500 on Notre Dame, please."
But hey, I once thought Rick Minter deserved a 3rd year, so what the hell do I know?

He probably wants to wait until closer to the game for the odds to settle down. Manning's thumb injury leaves too much in the air for now. Probably best to wait until there's definite word on whether or not Manning will play, and if if does play, how much of a factor the thumb will be.
