Notre Dame USA

haven't read anything like that. would be interesting.

but it seems to me the Patriots would probably be more in the market for a veteran who would only demand a one year deal and could be cut loose once Tom Brady is rehabed and well. maybe not.

I don't think that NE would go after a franchise QB, like Brady Quinn. IMO, they obviously have one who will be out the entire year, so they would benefit moreso, if they can find a valuable 2nd string QB. Cassell seems to be a decent QB (from the little I've seen), so it's basically who's going to back him up. Brady will go somewhere where there isn't a clear-cut franchise QB. Perhaps, Cleveland?

listening to the radio here in Columbus, a guy wondered if New England would be intrested in Derek Anderson. However, Derek just signed a 3 year contract so I'm not sure what to think. If the Browns play the next game or two like the first one, it could be an option?
