| Freshman   | Also I read some comments on another site the other day from some obnoxious red wings fans. they were not happy about the winter classic because it will be a red wings blowout and that will hurt the nhl. do they really think they are going to win every game? it just goes to show you its not red wings fans, not pens fans, not ND fans, but everyones fans wear homer glasses!! Its just the way it is in sports |

| Freshman | The blackhawks will be very good, but i think they are a year away from contending. i think they will make the playoffs but lose early, similar to what the pens did in 2006-07. But they are a team on the rise, thats for sure. It will be good to see the Wings/Hawks rivalry be meaningful again. I mean I am sure it is still meaningful to their fans, but on a league wide landscape |
