The rumor is OSU is going to break these out with a white helmet at Michigan. Can you imagine the outcry from Buckeye nation? So glad ND wears adidas.

Can someone fix the title? I am an idiot...

They look like the Falcons to me. Gotta see the helmet because it sounds aweful

I also got a look at this link yesterday. Since I live hear in Columbus, most buckeye fans are against this idea. However, it has been confirmed by local ESPN NEWS Radio that OSU will be wearing alternate jerseys (not sure about helmets) when they travel to Michigan at the end of the season. More to come I'm sure...

I heard about this as well, The Fan has been ripping it all week. I did hear they were considering the white helmets, but its not official yet.

I think those are way better than what they wear now. They should redo the home shirts in that style as well.

Also I think most of Oregon's combos are awesome. Especially the all white, or those flat black helmets.

Ohio State will wear uniforms honoring its 1954 national championship team when it faces archrival Michigan on Nov. 21 in Ann Arbor.

The Buckeyes are among several teams participating in a rivalry uniform program sponsored by Nike. Ohio State athletic director Gene Smith reiterated several times in a statement released Wednesday that the uniforms will be worn one time only.

It marks the first time in recent memory that Ohio State will wear an alternate jersey.

"[Nike] offered us a chance to try a new uniform product featuring cutting-edge fabrics and technology," Smith said in the statement. "Participation in the program also offered us a one-time opportunity to salute one of those great championship teams that have built the Ohio State football tradition."

The uniforms are still in production and will be unveiled Nov. 15 on Ohio State's athletics Web site. Ohio State celebrated the 55th anniversary of the 1954 team on Oct. 24 against Minnesota.

"Again, this is a one-time opportunity to honor a great championship team," Smith said. "We have no plans to make any changes to the traditional Buckeye uniform for the foreseeable future."

I like Notre Dame's helmet the best, pure simple classy but all white is next as a favorite. Dont like much about Buckeyes uni as it is too jazzy for me but this helmet should be nice. Their old time helmets were white.
