This team really is something special. You older guys have seen this kind of team before but for us younger guys, this is new and is really awesome to see unfold before our eyes.

Yes I was 2 when 88 team won the fiesta bowl and the national championship. I was 6 when the 93 team beat Florida State. So I don't remeber much too say the least. I grew up with everyone talking about ND teams but wasn't able to have the first hand fan experience till now.

It will be interesting to see, in the NCG, how effective that "fake end around, inside handoff" is. It was all over this highlight reel. If an idiot like me noticed it, you can damn well bet that the Alabama coaching staff has noticed it and will be looking for ways to defend it. Perhaps Kelly might run some end arounds, just to try to catch them off guard?

They will run fake end around initially and see how disciplined Bama is. If they think Bama is totally crashing you may see it. If Bama looks like the are staying home then you won't.

In retrospect, kinda scary how much our offense relies on back shoulder fades and jump balls....

How did we not beat BC by 40 is beyond me...

It's been a great season hasn't it! I hope the players get to see this, remind them of where they've been, where they want to go.

Alabama is a great team, deservedly so. I think our guys should expect to compete, to play harder than they've ever played, to win.......
