Looks pretty f'n awesome. Was never much of a fan of the cheesy goofball Clark Kent. I can already tell I'm going to like this.

I can't say if it's of a similar situation of Spielberg's role in Poltergeist, or more similar to Peter Jackson's role in District 9. I'm guessing it's the latter.

I am honestly ready for Hollywood to start making movies of substance again, instead of retreading old ideas for an easy buck...

anyway, if it's your thing have fun, most of my friends can't stop talking about this and films like it... while I sit there like Stan in that "everything sucks" episode of south park and just see nothing but ****. lol

Well what do you expect? Corporations are catering to the lowest common denominator. This happened with music a quarter-century ago, now you have to actually search a bit for great music. There are still a ton of great movies out there, you might just have to look a bit more.

I'll even go on record saying that 2012 is/was the best year for movies since 1994, and maybe topping even that. Pulp Fiction/Shawshank Redemption/Forrest Gump is awfully tough to top though. This year has more depth though.

LOVE Superman. I'm a pumped for this movie. My generation deserves a good Superman movie.
