Irish's Golson not cleared to practice

Notre Dame quarterback Everett Golson did not pass his cognitive test Monday after suffering a concussion in last Saturday's win over Stanford, and he will not be able to practice until Wednesday at the earliest, coach Brian Kelly said Tuesday.
