Protect This House Fridays
I want to say that starting tomorrow (Friday) The Turning Point will be rolling out the first of a series of weekly (once the season starts) of videos for the fellas and for ND Nation. This first is a Primer or a hype video for the season. With camp starting and just under a month to go, its officially time to stop bickering, stop over thinking, stop being jerks and its time to be glued to "practice videos" and realize that its a new year.
The team had workouts in the stadium for those who didnt know this summer on Fridays, and it was labeled Protect this House practice. They want to win at home and bring back the atmosphere that has been lost. If you can't tell this isn't 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011. These guys aren't partying the night before a game, they CARE about NOTRE DAME. Break it down. Recruits/current players talk about winning BCS and Natl Titles, there isn't a mention of NFL. Kids are coming back for a 4th year. Its BUILDING the program and setting itself up for a long run of winning a lot of football games.
But, special thanks to Who's the Wild Man Now, and IrishFBFanatic from IE. They have been a blessing with their respective talents to carry out my crazy ideas, and requests. When the video comes out tomorrow, PLEASE share it...I am selfish and want this thing viral. Some of the guys on the team gave some ideas and their ideas have been shared. The Turning Point wants to provide a 'new style' of video that isnt like all the other ND videos out there. No offense to anyones videos, but we just want to literally change the culture and have excitement for the the program we all love.
There is a disclaimer that you may punch a hole in the wall or run through it, cause adrenaline rushes, make you overjoyed, and very excited for the season to start. But, I hope you enjoy it and it'll be up shortly! Thanks.

Going unbeaten at home wouldnt be a horribly tough thing to do this year, obviously UM and Stanford are tne hardest. But an unbeaten home campaign would be a huge step in the right direction for the program

I, for one, am looking forward to Protect this House Fridays. Perfect way to get the season kicked off, and a great attitude to build off of. It's time to throw out all the negative, and get behind this team 100%. I am hopeful that Notre Dame is building something great and sustaining. This season cannot start soon enough. GO IRISH!
