He's just calling it like he sees it. Most people who are paying attention to Anzalone's recruitment (including many on this board) say the same thing. He's correctly predicted plenty plenty of guys to ND in the past.

My guess is that this has already happened, at least practically. They may continue to recruit him like they would any kid that committed elsewhere, but teams can't comment on recruits. My guess is the staff has moved on and is not relying on Alex as part of the class. They certainly don't know less than we do.

New installment, courtesy of General Colon Bowell. Lots of interesting stuff in here, ND-related and non-ND related.

One really interesting non-ND point ... is the balance of power shifting in the state of Texas? UT is having a so-so year in which they haven't beaten anyone good yet (though they still might). TAMU is looking like a competitor in the SEC. If the Aggies pull the upset this weekend, who knows if it won't cause a big-time recruiting shift.
