Well, we've done this for the past two years, so since things are slow, we might as well start looking towards next season.

How many wins will Notre Dame have in 2006?

Svo, you left off an option... 13 wins, which would be a perfect 12-0 regular season and then a win in the BCS title game.

That said, I've gotta go with 11. Still too many holes in our defense. We'll take Michigan, but watch out for Penn State and USC. And Sparty just seems to have us snakebit lately, so that's one helluva "trap game" up there in East Lansing.

correct me if i'm wrong but shouldn't 13 wins be an option....doesn't this season include 12 regular season games....maybe i'm wrong though...my girlfriend seems to think so all the time....

Realistically, I like 10-2 heading into a bowl game. Too early for me to decide, though. Spring ball and summer will give me a better idea.

ND goes 11-1. Only teams able to challange ND are Penn St, Michigan and USC. Penn St and Michigan are at home. USC a win if Irish are lucky. 'Power' is average of four power ratings from end of last season. Only ND had a dramatic improvement in recruiting, it should improve the ND odds...Tom
