This week, Dayne Crist, a 6-foot-5 junior quarterback from Sherman Oaks Notre Dame, considered one of the top quarterbacks in Southern California, has committed to Notre Dame, adding onto what has been an exciting start to Irish recruiting. Dayne, who visited alongside Irish commit Anthony McDonald last week, makes an announcement on the heels of the Irish spring ball game and may have a snowball effect on recruits present for this weekend's festivities.
