That's what I was thinking as well. The part I was looking at is the lower right part of the shamrock where it's the solid green. Since the light source appears to be coming from the top right it feels out of place, like there's something there casting a shadow over the lower right. I like the gradient on the rest of the logo, just though that the lower right corner of the shamrock should have the same gradient as the rest of the shamrock.

i agree - just adjust the gradient a bit - less dramatic of a gradient is all we need. and i'm impressed with all the design knowledge our board has!

ps - if you guys need any help with any future design work, i'm a graphic designer too...

Better with the gradient IMO...without it, the design looks flat. With it, dare I say it looks "collegiate"?

Svo, just now, took the FULL tour around the site.
From posts to the arcade to the "Where You At". Everywhere.
It's a lot more feature rich than I realized.
The new logo looks great. The site loads exceptionally fast now.
I hope you're not losing revenue from dropping the ads. Or is that a VC benefit?
Either way, Congrats.
Let me know if there is a possibility to get an embroidered IrishEnvy logo on a collared shirt. I'd definitely be interested in that.

BTW, have a Happy Birthday tomorrow and enjoy the game.
