Some 30 years ago one of my grade school teachers read the book to our class with great enthusiasm... I seen all the others it's just this one is burned in my memory a different way. I would hate to ruin the years of a youths imagination...

ACamp the hater...

I love the books and I enjoy seeing it brought to life. Nothing compares to a book, but I'll be going to see this for sure. Peter Jackson does a very good job.

Going to see it tonight, nothing can top lord of the rings but this will still be solid. I know for a fact the scope of it isn't nearly as large as Lord of the Rings

After this thread and the man of steel thread im convinced ACAMP hates every single movie. Im with you on the fact that the majority of movies Hollywood puts out are complete crap but their are films that still are worth the the price of admission.
