After getting trounced by scores of 20-1 and 17-3 and a few others just as bad, they finally broke out their whoopin sticks and put it to `em. The girls were the away team last night and during the home teams final at bat all you could hear in the outfield is girls asking if they were going to win and the coach telling them (repeatedly) that they still needed to get the three outs to end the inning so that they would win. With all the whoopin and hollerin you would figured they just won the w.s., but I guess I shouldnt say much since I was one of the loudest whoopers there. =) still can't wipe the smile off my face today. jn |
