However, I think it does not happen. IU needs someone younger and more in tune with todays kids, rather than a 70/80's kinda guy. Knight should retire with dignity, rather than try and make a point by going back to IU. |

Scholarships lost, post season bans etc are not going to attract a top coach who also plays by the rules. I think getting Knight to weather that storm plus allow him to retire the way he should have would be perfect. THEN they can hire a modern type coach.
