Yeah, I'd pretty much agree w/ all that.

Personally, I think if the decision had been totally up to Ernie Accorsi, Weis would be the New York Giants head coach right now. But Wellington really loved Coughlin, and Accorsi probably figured Tom's pedigree wasn't too bad either, so why not?

And which coach is in the Mara family?

Not sre what his name is, but he's one of the grad assistant coaches on Weis' staff. He's a young guy who is often near Weis on the sidelines...
