But that's Oct. 13 BOSTON COLLEGE Win Good for me with all the young kids. Oct. 20 USC Loss (Again) Nov. 3 NAVY Win (obviously) Nov. 10 AIR FORCE Win Nov. 17 DUKE Win Nov. 24 at Stanford Win

This past year was tough from a fan's perspective because the expectations were so high. Next year, nobody will expect the Irish to do much. If the Irish lose their bowl game, it wouldn't surprise me if they were unranked heading into next season. As a result, Irish fans will probably be a little more relaxed for games than they were this year. Plus, it will be fun to watch young talent develop on both sides of the ball. Brady, Samardzija, and Co. will be dearly missed but I, for one, am looking forward to a new era of Irish football. |
