Database is created... need data entry help!

Okay guys, I'm calling for some help of the Envied. I spent this afternoon building the All-Time Notre Dame database which will house a profile on each and every Irish player that played at least one second for Notre Dame. I asked for help previously, but I don't believe I ever received anything from anyone, so I'm going to ask again.

I need individuals to pick a specific letter and then compire a text document (you can use Notepad) of each player listed in the format shown in the example below. For the sake of getting the core data in there, the only data required is the first name, last name, hometown city, hometown state, position and jersey number. It is crucially important that it's done in the format listed below, so for each player you'd simply create an entry like the one shown below:

Player Record Example:

(NULL, 'Joe', 'Adent', '', 0, 0, 0, 0, 0, 'Baroda', 'Michigan', '', 'ILB', 57);

I've got the A's almost done, so we just need the remaining letters of the alphabet. Your help would be greatly appreciated and this will lead to an absolutely excellent online resource for all Notre Dame fans. Below is a link a PDF containing the All-Time Notre Dame roster.

When you pick a letter to complete, simply drop a post in here and I will update the list contained in the second post. After you complete the document, save it as the corresponding letter and send it via email to webmaster@irishenvy.com.

anyway we can convert the pdf to an actual text file? i'm pretty sure it becomes a MUCH easier problem that way.

I'm sure you could, but there probably would be more charcter input once you have that info in text to add all of the apostrophes, commas, etc.

How long did it take you to complete the 'A's?
What is the 'NULL' in your example?
Can you just list the state (postal) abbreviation ? Like 'MI' ?

i mean, if someone knows perl on here, i'll bet the problem becomes somewhat trivial if the data's in a text file.
