How do the Reps work.... I was going to give someone reps for a bunch of good posts on recruiting but when I clicked on it just took me to a bank like page....

I know I am showing my ignorance here but can some one post the proccess for giving someone reps...

I deserve negative rep for bringing the IQ level of this site down.

You should be careful asking for negative reps. Someone might take you serious and actually give them to you.

reps are ok, nothing special really some people go way over board with them. I for one feel that reps should only be giving to people that have Christmas theme avatars IMHO
