Forget RB we need OL/DL guys now...Keith Wells may be one of those guys...he puts on some weight he would be great...only around 215 right now but is 6'5 so has potential to add a lot of weight!!!

We have 6 open schollies right now! Of course we go after a position that we are only 4 deep at. It doesn't mean we aren't recruiting other positions.

I say we fill the class with 4 DL and 2 OL...I do not care if they are all 2/3 stars as long as they have size and potential we need depth!!!

We don't have that many on our radar. If we get 2 DL and KP I would be very excited, but we still have to address the lack of depth at RB

Just because you need depth doesn't mean you just offer anyone... We have the 2009 class to think about you know. As it stands now we'll probably only be able to take 21... If we were to just throw schollies at any old OL/DL in this class, say we get 6 like you think we should, we'd be at 15 for next recruiting class... That's a recipe for disaster... You can't unbalance your classes that badly or it will bite you in the ass.

Not to mention we're in on quite a few big time OL next year so let's just be patient, eh?

There are a lot of 2/3 star gems out there...I am not saying offer them all but we need depth now or there are going to be some long 4th quarters on the DL this year! I agree with not offering that many I think it will be 24-25 this year...we will have transfers like every year so I think next year we are close to 17-18 even with 25 this year, which is a decent size class!
