Why Skill Position Recruits Will Choose Notre Dame
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Brian Smith
BlueandGold.com Recruiting Analyst

The landscape of college football has drastically changed in the last 10 years. More and more teams are throwing the football and opening up their offenses. This has hurt Notre Dame in recent years when recruiting skill position talent. With coach Weis and his staff now in South Bend, skill position recruits will take notice immediately.

Could some1 give summary of this too?

Dear Irish Fans,

Charlie Weis' first recruiting weekend in South Bend was a huge success after the Fighting Irish picked up a pair of huge commitments, and have positioned themselves well with several other top players.

Who's on board and who is about to say yes? BlueandGold.com has a breakdown of all the big recruiting news.

To get the very latest every minute of the day, visit us in The Four Horsemen Lounge where Pete Sampson, Lou Somogyi, Brian Smith, Tim Prister discuss the very latest on this season's recruiting effort.

Sincerely,

Jack Freeman
