New York Mets Pittsburgh Steelers

Not so impressive now

Pitt lost 16-10 to Ohio. Not Ohio State, not even that upstart geographically confused MAC team Miami of Ohio. Just plain Ohio University. Palko once thought of as a the next best thing threw three INTs including one in OT returned TD. Way to go Wanny.

Kind of knocks some of the luster off the win.

If you own the rights to firewannstedt.com, your payday is coming soon.

Yes this is why I didnt get too excited when they beat Pitt.

The first and second week polls dont really matter so much and dont really give an accurate team ranking. Its based more on how the team did last year as oppossed to how the team WILL do this year. Ex, Oklahoma, Pitt.

But even if ND beat a weak Pitt team I think they will still be a strong team this year. And I will not be surprised if they beat Mushagain today. Go Irish!!!

Don't forget we injured Palko, so until he is healthy, it isn't the same Pitt team.

Pitts team is basically the same as last year, besides even if they do suck, ND did what any good team is supposed to do to a subpar team, and thats kick the sh@t outta them. Which we did.

DW is such an underacheiver -- PITT FANS BEWARE. They overacheived last year bc Walt Harris turned then into a pass happy program. DW is trying to 'force fit' physical run oriented football with NO O-line. Not exactly a Rocket Scientist.

Reminds me of trying to make Carlyle into a West coast QB.
