I guess I understand where O'Leary is comin from but I doubt that CW envisioned a 3 win season...he does have integrity and pride in his alma mater, he did what he thought would give us the best chance to win and he failed. If we see a season remotely close to that of last year, CW knows his job could very well be on the line so I find it very unlikely he would intentionally jepeordize his job looking ahead to 08.

This is so far fetched that some of the major kool-aid drinkers on here did not even come up with this theory! We will be better but 11 wins is a bit unrealistic even with our schedule!

Agreed. I'd be ecstatic with 8 or 9 wins.

yeah it would take alot for us to get to 11 wins. i cant see how that works out but anywhere in the 6-9 range is where im seeing it. maybe win a few we shouldnt and lose a couple we shouldnt

11 wins...hell, he said 9 to 12 wins!!! 12 wins! Next week he'll say this team has a chance to be the greatest college football team in history. He's a homer no doubt, but you also know that the experience gained from last year's ass kickin will pay off big time this year. I say 9 wins is possible and a bowl win.

Agreed...

although I do believe CW was behind not wanting to play Rutgers on their home field. The guy knows where they buried Hoffa and wants nothing to do with that Karma.
