Is there any way to really have an objective look at CW? I mean, everybody is going to have an opinion one way or the other. He does too much of this , or too little of that. He's arrogant, overweight, doesn't play to the Alumni enough, you name it and somebody somewhere is going to have an opinion about it. All I care about is winning games and developing the talent we have on our roster. Somedays, I really like what he does, somedays, I question what the hell he was thinking. In all fairness, is there really a way to be objective about what he does as our HC?

Well, he can be objective from the context of how he is grading him.

You can never be flawlessly objective.

However, any fan of ND who watched the last 3 seasons should read this article and say "yep, that's a good summary." It's not like he has not voiced the concerns we have all talked about here in detail. He wrapped it up in a nice article though.

IMHO Ya'all are nit picking like the Main stream media loves to do. " Too cute, too creative?" What do you want a full back run when behind 21 points? Going for it on 4th down, because our kickers suck? I don't understand enlighten me. We watched different games perhaps?

Notre Dame Blackburn Rovers USA

this thread is discussing the merits of the article, not the merits of CW's coaching skills.

so we're nitpicking the article? If your claim is we're nitpicking CW's coaching prowess, then you're nit-reading.
