How long will it take for Harrison Smith to emerge? I think he will skyrocket up the depth chart during the spring and will be to good to keep off the field this fall.

I believe Romine will be starting LT when the season begins, I think Charlie just wants Matt to earn the spot instead of inheriting it. No way Duncan would be moved back to start at LT after his garbage play last year.

Romine at 290 might get worn down by the end of the season

I have a friend who was good friends with him in high school. I met him and have seen some of his game film from high school and I have to say he is the player I am most excited to see play sometime, if not this year then next year. This kid id FAST.

I couldn't agree more about Duncan. He, especially of the returning OL had experiance, not as much as Young, but still, he was God awful last year. I don't care at this point who the starting LT is, just as long as they protect the blind side at all costs.

Mike Rothstein and Ben Ford both said that the players don't look that much bigger than last year. Should we take any stock in this?

Who knows. trying to compare their memories of what they looked like last year with what they saw this year is very inaccurate. even the numbers that would seem to support the players getting bigger is easily manipulated.

in the end, the added weight or added strength won't mean a thing if they don't get on the field and execute.
