im farily new to this site so i dont know if there has been a thread like this before but here we go. Everyone who watches sports has a favorite moment or play that stays in there mind well i want to know if any of you would share your favorite play with everone. I will go first, robert hughes first touchdown after his brothers passing, it showed me the strength and spirit of this player,it showed his dedication to this team and his brothers training and support. Its not my favorite play of all time but it is an image i will always rember

The game against Navy when Ron Powlus broke his arm and Tom Krug came in and threw a deep pass to Derrick Mayes. It's a play that's always stuck in my mind cause it was the second N.D. game I had been to. I don't know for some reason I can always remember that play.

Quinn to Shark in the UCLA game to with it.

And unfortunetly the '97 WS when the Marlins beat the Indians in the last inning with a base hit up the middle. I still hate the Marlins to this day.

Many notre dame plays stick out, but my earlist childhood memory of a great sports moment was when John Paxson hit the series ending three-pointer with only 3-4 seconds left to win the NBA Championship for the Bulls. I can't recall what year this was. I think they were playing against the Suns.

Unfortunately mine is in a loss to U$C in 2005. It was a great game right up until the Bush Push; but what made it one of my favorites was when the clock went to all zero's my Son who was 13 at the time had tears running down his cheeks......that's when I knew I raised him the right way. ND all the way all the time.
